YWAM is called to a Biblical worldview. We believe that the Bible makes a clear division between good and evil; right and wrong. The practical dimensions of life are no less spiritual than the ministry expressions. Everything done in obedience to God is spiritual.

We seek to honor God with all that we do, equipping and mobilizing men and women of God to take roles of service and influence in every aspect of society. In order to facilitate our calling and vision we need all supportive ministries to function well. We have job descriptions for almost all supportive ministries such as kitchen manager, maintenance co-coordinator, housekeeping and hospitality. Leaders of these ministries will play a major role in discipline the students that will work along with them while they are undertaking the DTS. We believe in creating an environment of security and trust for teams to function well. We also believe in excellence in all what we are doing.
